Cutting board

This assignment was about choosing a type of bread (ciabatta) and developing a cutting board specially for it. The marble on the bottom of the board is there for the making of the dough which must be done on a cold slab of stone to help the yeast in the rising of the dough. The top of the board is made from olive wood to compliment ciabattas Italian heritage and cut to in the shape of the bread to catch the crumbs of the cutting and serving (+31) 6 48748283
